Kebijakan pengiriman

1.  Physical products will be shipped or delivered to you.   You have to confirm the product acceptance or otherwise we use tracking from shipping provider as proof of delivery. 

2. E-product will be delivered by email or other tools.  The Vendor will sending copy of email as proof of delivery.

3. Services will be delivered refer to Vendor and Buyer agreements.   Signing of services delivery confirmation from Buyer or other documents that able to confirm the delivery of services will be referred as proof of services delivery.   

4. Complaint only valid 3 days after products/services delivered.
