Access to Food Safety Auditor is a professional service platform that facilitates structured engagement between industry, institutions, and registered food safety auditors within APKEPI’s professional network. The platform enables organizations to access competent auditors for independent and objective assessment of food safety systems, regulatory compliance, and operational controls across the food supply chain.

Through this mechanism, organizations may request audits covering food safety management systems, HACCP implementation, GMP compliance, food hygiene and sanitation practices, catering and kitchen operations, as well as the implementation of BPOM regulations, including Program Manajemen Risiko (PMR) and Sistem Manajemen Keamanan Pangan Olahan (SMKPO). Audits are conducted using a risk-based approach and aligned with applicable national regulations and internationally recognized standards.
